Ella Langley just rewrote the record books — again. Her sophomore album Dandelion, released April 10 via SAWGOD/Columbia Records, debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 169,000 equivalent album units in its opening week (April 10–16), per Luminate. That first-week total marks the biggest opening by a woman’s country album since Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter in 2024.
Langley simultaneously jumps to No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100 for the first time. She becomes only the sixth woman to lead all three of those tallies in the same tracking week — joining Taylor Swift, Adele, Beyoncé, Ariana Grande, and Olivia Rodrigo. An ACM Awards sweep and two American Music Award wins have since confirmed what the charts already said.

Ella Langley Becomes the 11th Woman This Century to Top the Billboard 200 With a Country Album
Ella Langley joins a short, historic list. Only ten women — or all-women acts — topped the Billboard 200 with a country album before Dandelion arrived. That list runs from The Chicks and Faith Hill through Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, Beyoncé, and Megan Moroney.
Langley’s Dandelion follows Moroney’s Cloud 9 by just 49 days. Two women topped the Billboard 200 with back-to-back country albums in spring 2026 — a pace the format has never seen before.

Ella Langley’s Dandelion has since been certified Platinum by the RIAA, per the June 22, 2026 tour extension announcement. “Choosin’ Texas,” from SAWGOD/Columbia Records, now holds 4x Platinum certification. The single became the first song by a woman to simultaneously lead the Billboard Hot 100, the Hot Country Songs tally, and the Country Airplay chart.
“Be Her,” the second Dandelion-era single from SAWGOD/Columbia Records, reached No. 1 at country radio — the fastest solo female country radio No. 1 in a decade, per the same announcement.
Ella Langley’s 2026 Dandelion Tour Extends Through October 31 — 37 Dates, Red Rocks, the Greek Theatre
Ella Langley’s Dandelion Tour now runs 37 headline dates — 21 new shows added June 22 to a sold-out original 16-date leg. The original leg opened with the Ella Langley Toledo concert at Huntington Center on May 7 and closes August 15 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
The new fall leg opens August 20 at Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado hosts Langley on October 7. Two back-to-back nights at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles follow October 13 and 14. The run closes Halloween night at Grand Casino Arena in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
